Italian Speaking Technical Account Manager - £30-40k

My client, a digital media and research services organisation is seeking to recruit an Italian speaking Technical Account Manager to join their growing team in London.

Please note that this role is ideal for an Account Manager with experience in the market research industry.

In this role, main responsibilities will include,
• Client services
• Train and educate clients in usage
• Renewal of existing business
• New business development
• Product marketing

The successful candidate will speak fluent English and Italian (Spanish a bonus), will have a market research background (ideally online) and will have a vast amount of client facing experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technical or software environment and will have experience in using market research software. The candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and Italian) and will also be highly organised.
